Proof of 5 Million Pound Public Liability Insurance is required for ALL traders. We may be able to assist with this if you have any issues.
ALL TRADE PITCHES WILL BE MARKED OUT ON YOUR ARRIVAL. You will only have the amount of space you have booked and paid for.
For any requests for positionings please inform OhSoRetro Events one month prior to the event and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Paperwork will be sent out approx one month prior to the event.
By entering the show you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as stated below.
1. Traders will be held responsible for any damage caused due to negligence to vehicles, persons or property.
2. All traders MUST provide proof of £5 million Public Liability Insurance. We can assist with this if needed.
3. Traders will have access to the showground from 7.30 am and must remain until 4 pm. We advise traders to arrive between 7.30 am and 8.30 am. Due to the high influx of vehicles at 8.30 am.
4. Speed limit of 5mph within show grounds.
5. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission without reason.
6. Traders are responsible for their own risk assessments and ensuring appropriate measures are in place.
7. Traders are required to abide by trading laws for their products and the law of the land.
8. Only items listed on the application form are permitted to be on sale.
9. Strictly NO SUB Letting of trade stands.
10. Traders must not under any circumstances sell food or drink.
11. No form of advertising material may be displayed or distributed on the Event site other than on, or from the exhibitor’s trade space without prior permission from the event organisers.
12. No items relating or similar to the event branding/name/logo/date may be sold without prior permission from the event organisers.
